the commissioned art is for personal use only, unless otherwise discussed. if you wish to commission a piece with commercial use, please email me!
General
no need to be too formal, my priority is for you to be completely satisfied with your order - i only ask you to be respectful and civil in all aspects of the commission.
any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
provide visual references, whether it is a set of photos, moodboards or previous art pieces of your character(s).
i can not accept written description without references.
If you need a commission to be done by a deadline, please mention it in the application form and i'll let you know if i can get your order done in time.
prints aren't included, the pictures are digital only.
you can print the commission for personal use only, reselling the art is prohibited.
II. PAYMENT
all commissions must be paid in full upfront through invoice only.
no refunds once the sketch has been sent.
III. PROCESS
i usually take commissions with google forms, which will be pinned on my page when I'm open!
after you fill out the form and submit your request you will receive an email from me in 2-3 days to confirm your order.
if you can not fill out the form with all the details, i will ask for them in email.
I only accept payment via invoice 100% upfront. Payment plans can be negotiated.
After payment is received, I will begin working as soon as possible.
i will send you two progress pictures, one of the sketch and one of the lineart with flat colors - unless you request more.
you can request major changes during these two phases - and you may request minor changes to the final artwork within 24 hours of the work being sent. *they won't come with extra charges, unless i have to redraw some aspects completely.
A commission can take up to approx. 2-3 months to finish AFTER you receive the sketch depending on the type of your commission - IF something occurs which causes delay, you will be notified!
IV. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
i, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing. therefore i´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
promote myself with in any place or site.
publish books with.
to display it anywhere to my liking.
post it wherever i want (usually just X, Tumblr, Discord) - unless you wish your commission to be private.
you have the rights to your commission, and may post/share it anywhere - giving credit is still required!
